Dr. Saw Samuel
Dr. Saw Samuel was elected president of the Southern Asia-Pacific Division in March 2016. Prior to this he was elected executive secretary of the division in 2010. The rest of his ministries as pastor and administrator were spent in Singapore and Thailand. He served as executive secretary of the Thailand Adventist Mission (2002-08); director of Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program at the Thailand Adventist Mission (2006-08); youth director at the Thailand Adventist Mission (2002-2004); pastor of the Bangkok Adventist Hospital Church (2000-02); and chaplaincy coordinator for Seventh-day Adventist English Language School in Thailand (1998-99). Dr. Saw graduated with a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies in the Philippines March 2016. He received Master of Arts in Religion degree from Andrews University, 1997. He is married to Orathai Chureson, the Southern Asia-Pacific Division Children’s and Family Ministries Director. They have two children, Amanda, 13, and Sorawin, 11.

Pr. Delbert Pearman
Delbert is from Bermuda and is married to Curdell. They have two daughters, a son-in-law, and grandson. His Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Religion & Business Administration is from Oakwood University, USA, and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is from the Maastricht School of Management, Holland. Currently, he is writing his thesis for a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from the University of Liverpool, UK. Over the past 30 years, Delbert has served the Seventh-day Adventist Church as: Accountant for the Leprosy and Tuberculosis Research Project in Malawi, Africa; Secretary/Treasurer for the Bermuda Conference; Treasurer for the Sri Lanka Mission; Secretary/Treasurer for the East Mediterranean Field comprising Jordon, Lebanon& Syria; Treasurer for the Ethiopia Union Mission; Treasurer for the Central States Regional Conference in Kansas City, Kansas, USA; Planning Director for the GC Office of Adventist Mission; Associate Treasurer and Co-Director of IPRS for the GC. Delbert is an ordained minister of the Gospel and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (International).

Ev. Zuki Mxoli
Zukisani Emmanuel Mxoli (Evangelist Zuki) is the Associate Director of the General Conference Development and Construction Consulting Service, and a member of the General Conference Executive Committee. He runs a successful Architectural and Property Development Firm with his wife, Palesa (Pali), living with their children in Johannesburg, South Africa. As an Evangelist and A Man of Faith he always makes time to share about God, Not only with Professionals and Business Owners, but with all whom he can reach with the message of Truth. Evangelist Zuki uses his Property Business and Supporting Ministry (The Word Lives Ministry) to donate to the Seventh Day Adventist Church and its institutions all over the world - towards its Building Construction Projects to greatly minimize the building cost for the church by dedicating his skills and resources to the work of God. Leading out in numerous Consultation Services and Evangelistic meetings, Zuki rejoices whenever the church saves money on Infrastructural Development, and people accept Jesus as their personal Saviour. He is a true servant of God and a friend to man.

Neil Nedley, M.D., is a full-time practicing physician in Internal Medicine with emphasis in Gastroenterology, Mental Health, Lifestyle Medicine, and the difficult-to-diagnose patient. He has provided continuing medical education courses to physicians and health professionals around the world. He has also given numerous health education seminars to general public audiences worldwide. Dr. Nedley is author of the books Proof Positive: How to Reliably Combat Disease and Achieve Optimal Health through Nutrition and Lifestyle, Depression: The Way Out, and The Lost Art of Thinking. Dr. Nedley is President of Weimar Center of Health and Education that runs a residential lifestyle center, academy and college in the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Mountains outside Sacramento, California. He is owner of the Nedley Clinic in Ardmore, Oklahoma an internal medicine practice that runs a full service clinical laboratory, and is also President of Ardmore Gastroenterology Management, and President of the Southern Oklahoma Diagnostic Center that operates an MRI imaging center. Dr. Nedley is an instrument rated pilot. He and his wife Erica have four boys. All family members enjoy flying, bicycling, mountain hiking, snow skiing, tennis, and performing or listening to good sacred or classical music.
