Pastor Sherman Fiedacan, Communication director for CLC, emphasized during the opening ceremony that the department and its local church leader or personnel is “not only limited to audio mixing, as well as person in-charge of announcements during the Hour of Worship.” The bigger picture of responsibilities and tasks ahead were revealed during the next hours of the event.
The seminar consisted lectures, plenaries, and messages of guest speakers from the Hope Channel Philippines president Pastor Nelson Paulo; Southern-Asia Pacific Division youth coordinator Anthony Stanyer; North Philippine Union Conference Communication director Pastor Joel Sarmiento; CLC president Pastor Benjamin Casimiro; and CLC Legal and Public Affairs and Religious Liberty director Pastor Rodolfo Bautista Jr..
The meetings equipped and challenged 59 delegates to heed the ministry calling of being active Communication leaders and to let their voices be heard through various channels.
