ANNUAL MEDICAL MISSION
In the spirit of community service, the Imelda Seventh-day Church organized it's Annual Medical Mission last 2022 before the pandemic, extending comprehensive healthcare support to under-served populations. The mission featured free dental check-ups and treatments, ensuring oral health for over 500 individuals. Additionally, free optical services provided eye examinations and distributed corrective eye-wear, enhancing vision for more than 200 attendees. The event included general health check-ups, catering to over 400 individuals, fostering preventive care in the community.
Moreover, a dedicated team of medical professionals, including dentists, optometrists, and physicians, volunteered their expertise. The mission's impact was further magnified by the distribution of free medicines, addressing immediate health concerns for numerous participants. Imelda Seventh-day Adventist Church's commitment to holistic well-being and accessibility to healthcare underscored the success of this annual initiative, leaving a lasting positive impact on the lives of those who benefited from these vital services.
